By accessing and using Solar Clarity NJ's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Services
Haydee Paz is an independent contractor affiliated with Sunrun and sells Sunrun only. Reviews are free; she earns a commission from Sunrun when an installation is completed. Meet in person at your home or by Zoom — your choice.
3. Consultation Services
Our consultation services are informational in nature. Any decisions regarding solar installation should be made after independent research and consultation with licensed contractors.
4. Limitation of Liability
Solar Clarity NJ is not liable for any decisions made based on our consultations. We provide guidance and information, but final purchasing and installation decisions are the responsibility of the homeowner.
